JACOBI, Siobhan Skye

Aged 3 Months.
Passed away January 13, 2011. Cherished daughter of Travis and Kathleen. Adored little sister to Dylan and Tristan. Loved Grand daughter of Wayne and Halina Tozer, Gerard and Sue Jacobi. Loved Niece of their respective families.
The angels in the book of life,
Wrote down our baby's name,
and whispered as they closed the book,
Our darling baby's name.
TOO BEAUTIFUL FOR THIS EARTH
Relatives and friends of the Jacobi and Tozer families, are respectfully invited to attend a Graveside Funeral service for Siobhan on Friday, January 27, 2012. At the Bundaberg Lawn Cemetery (Childrens Section) commencing at 2.30pm.

She was so very, very special
And was so from the start
We held her in our arms
But mainly in our hearts
And like a single drop of rain
That on still waters fall,
Her life did ripples make
And touched the lives of all.
She's gone to play with angels
In heaven up above
So we keep our special memories
And treasure them with love
Although our darling Siobhan
Was with us just a while
She’ll live on in our hearts
With a sweet remembered smile
